          "text": "<p><u><strong>Summary of Position&#xa0;</strong></u></p><p>The Facilities Custodian is responsible for the safe and productive working conditions at Silfab Solar by maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-maintained workplace.  &#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></u></p><ul><li>Cleans, sanitizes and stocks paper supplies in restrooms, break room and common areas.  &#xa0;</li><li>Sweeps and mops restrooms, break room, common areas, other areas as needed.  &#xa0;</li><li>Disposes of trash and recyclables from restrooms, break room, common areas, and production line in accordance with Toward Zero Waste regulations  &#xa0;</li><li>Processing materials for packaging reuse program, including repetitive sorting, vacuuming, and brushing of the module corner protector pieces; and packaging the pieces into boxes for reuse.  &#xa0;</li><li>Outside grounds maintenance includes trash pickup, ground drain cleaning &amp; sweeping of walkways &amp; shipping areas.  &#xa0;</li><li>Ensures that the parking lot is free of litter and debris.  &#xa0;</li><li>Ensure that sanitation and quality standards are being met.  &#xa0;</li><li>Ability to follow directions closely.  &#xa0;</li><li>Working knowledge of cleaning products for effective and safe use  &#xa0;</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management which may include sweeping &amp; mopping warehouses  &#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
