You'll lead multi-building projects, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budgets while ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>\n<div><strong>Leadership &amp; Strategy</strong></div>\n\n<li>Lead construction management teams across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.</li>\n<li>Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to project executives, senior project managers, and superintendents.</li>\n<li>Support the VP in shaping organizational strategy, developing scalable systems, and maintaining a strong safety and performance culture.</li>\n<li>Partner with Preconstruction &amp; Estimating to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Execution</strong></div>\n\n<li>Oversee all phases of construction execution, from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.</li>\n<li>Monitor Earned Value, CPI/SPI, and other performance metrics to drive accountability.</li>\n<li>Champion BIM/VDC integration, prefabrication strategies, and cutting-edge data center construction methods.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Client &amp; Partner Relationships</strong></div>\n\n<li>Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, building trust through consistent performance and transparency.</li>\n<li>Lead executive-level project reporting and presentations.</li>\n<li>Manage relationships with trade partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure collaboration and alignment.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Operations &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></div>\n\n<li>Standardize best practices in project controls, scheduling, safety, and field operations.</li>\n<li>Drive innovation in construction execution, including AI-driven data center solutions, liquid cooling installation processes, and modular builds.</li>\n<li>Partner with Training &amp; Development to build leadership and technical capability within the construction organization.</li>\n<li>Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top construction talent.</li>\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Qualifications</strong></li>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Masters preferred).</li>\n<li>12+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.</li>\n<li>Proven track record delivering large-scale ($100M+), mission-critical or data center projects.</li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and liquid cooling systems.</li>\n<li>Expertise in project controls, scheduling software, and BIM/VDC platforms.</li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with competing priorities.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></div>\n\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Team-oriented with adaptability to changing conditions.</li>\n<li>Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organizational skills.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Benefits</strong></div>\n\n<li>Competitive salary + bonus eligibility</li>\n<li>Per diem when traveling</li>\n<li>Car allowance</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match</li>\n<li>PTO &amp; paid holidays</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>What's Next?</strong></div>\n<div>We're excited to hear how your skills and leadership can help build the next generation of world-class data centers with T5.
