The successful candidate will support recruiting efforts, including communication with prospective student-athletes, evaluations, campus visits, and compliance documentation, and will collaborate closely with athletics staff to support a holistic student-athlete experience.Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, highly organized, and committed to student-athlete development while actively engaging in fundraising and community outreach initiatives.\n</div>\n<p><span><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  </strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead coaching instruction for sprint, hurdle, jump, and relay athletes during practices and competitions&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist with track program operations, including scheduling, travel coordination, equipment management, and administrative tasks</span></li>\n <li><span>Supervise pre-season and post-season training programs for assigned event groups&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Recruit qualified student-athletes to strengthen and grow the program&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Uphold the mission, values, and standards of Saint Michael's College&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in departmental and campus professional development opportunities focused on inclusion, belonging, and student support&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that values cultural, ethnic, gender, and individual differences among students and staff</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>The salary for this position is $45,000.
