This role supports the resort&#39;s luxury service standards by ensuring all items are processed with exceptional care, quality, and attention to detail.</p><h3>Essential Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Inspect garments for stains, damage, and special care requirements.</p></li><li><p>Perform spotting, stain removal, dry cleaning, and laundering procedures.</p></li><li><p>Operate dry-cleaning, pressing, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Press and finish garments to luxury hospitality standards.</p></li><li><p>Conduct quality inspections before packaging and delivery.</p></li><li><p>Process guest, VIP, and team member garments within established turnaround times.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate garment tracking and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Follow all safety, chemical handling, and operating procedures.</p></li><li><p>Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Previous dry-cleaning, laundry, or garment care experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of fabrics, stain removal techniques, and garment finishing.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.</p></li></ul><h3>Key Competencies</h3><ul><li><p>Guest Service Excellence</p></li><li><p>Quality &amp; Attention to Detail</p></li><li><p>Garment &amp; Textile Care Knowledge</p></li><li><p>Accountability &amp; Reliability</p></li><li><p>Teamwork &amp; Professionalism</p></li></ul><p><strong>Success in this role is measured by garment quality, timely service, operational efficiency, and the ability to consistently uphold the luxury standards of the resort.</strong></p></div></div>\n",
