Requirements Minimum 3 years of technical or engineered sales experience “Hunter” self-starter / works independently and thrives in developing new business Demonstrated sales success with at least 2 years of consistent achievement Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in an organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Preferred Industrial machinery sales experience Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems General knowledge of industrial and commercial steam system flow and controls and thermodynamics Basic understanding of business accounting principles Ability to multi-task Compensation & Benefits Salary plus Commission Vehicle Allowance Attractive medical/dental/vision/life insurance/benefits package Computer/Phone Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead generation, development and closing Consultative technical sales and customer relations Proposal writing Closing the sale Consistent follow-up and organizational skills Follow all company policies, procedures and safety requirements. All other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: Position requires standing, walking and sitting over 2/3 of time. Position requires reaching, climbing and balancing under 1/3 of time. Position requires stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling 1/3 to 2/3 of time. Position requires talking, hearing over 2/3 of time. Position requires lifting to 50 lbs. under 1/3 of time. Position requires driving over 2/3 of time. Position requires keyboarding over 2/3 of time. Position requires close vision and distance vision over 2/3 of time. Position requires climbing stairs over 2/3 of time. Position requires travel within 1 hour of main office over 2/3 of time. Position requires travel more than 1 hour outside of main office over 2/3 of time. Position requires working outdoors over 2/3 of time. Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
