    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Manage project documentation, including submittals and RFI’s, to support efficiency.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Organize and send product submittals, RFI’s, plans documents and drawings.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with project manager, sales department and design team to understand project scope and follow progress throughout the project duration.</li>\n <li>Track and organize construction drawings and documents.</li>\n <li>Review, track and assist with information requests.</li>\n <li>Review plan submittals, inclusive of material lists, steel erection drawings, etc.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree or at minimum two year at an accredited college preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.</li>\n <li>Excellent computer skills required including a proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.</li>\n</ul>",
