You’ll take ownership of your claims portfolio, using your judgment and technical knowledge to ensure fair, timely outcomes for our customers.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">📍</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> This is a full-time, on-site role based in our offices in Cherrywood, Dublin.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">✨</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> Key responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage claims from first notification through to settlement</li>\n<li>Apply technical knowledge and sound judgment to make fair decisions</li>\n<li>Work with internal teams and external experts to progress claims efficiently</li>\n<li>Support the resolution of escalated or complex cases</li>\n<li>Identify potential fraud and take appropriate action</li>\n<li>Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims journey</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">✅</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> What we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1+ years’ claims handling experience in motor or home insurance</span></li>\n<li>APA qualification in line with MCC requirements</li>\n<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>\n<li>A detail-oriented, organised approach to managing tasks</li>\n<li>A team player who takes ownership and responsibility</li>\n<li>A focus on doing what’s right for the customer and the business</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">💡</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> Why OUTsurance?</span><br>We’re part of a leading international insurance group and growing fast in Ireland.
