This position ensures all materials for each install is with the correct job and ready for the next day’s installs. We foster a culture built around our Foundation Principles, which define how we approach our relationships with our employees, vendors, customers and communities and influence every aspect of our business. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspects quality on manufactured and purchased materials for each job</li>\n <li>Utilizes cut lists and/or drawings to insure that finished parts are correct size and color</li>\n <li>Reviews production folders to ensure all areas have confirmed completion of finished products (e.g., doors/drawers, bar/rail)</li>\n <li>Ensures all materials for each job are placed in appropriate bays</li>\n <li>Evaluates quality issues within production department and assists management with recommendations for corrective action.</li>\n <li>Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to management</li>\n <li>Stacks cut materials properly, in accordance with established production guidelines for height</li>\n <li>Works within established time guidelines and cycle times</li>\n <li>Adheres to company safety guidelines:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Wearing of safety glasses</li>\n   <li>Wearing ear plugs</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Contributes to the successfulness of the department.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment</li>\n <li>Contributes to a clean and safe Manufacturing site</li>\n <li>Consistently arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information</li>\n <li>Performs other requested tasks and duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We believe in taking care of our team. </strong>That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond just health insurance (though we've got that covered too!).
