    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p>The Product Development team consists of a group of dynamic Designers who rely heavily on a strong and organized Design Coordinator.</p><p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Design Coordinator supports the team with sample management, presentation materials, vendor communication, general organization, and task management.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate the production of design concepts as directed by design team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist team with spec out process, which includes maintaining a spreadsheet of products, organizing spec packages, shipping, and following up with information in PLM</li><li>Organize detailed information in a faced paced environment.</li><li>Help with presentation boards and presentation mockups as needed</li><li>Keep track of what supplies the team needs and order supplies as needed</li><li>Schedule appointments, correspond with outside vendors and keep track of invoices</li><li>Be involved in product development cycle and calendar;&nbsp;organize the calendar for the team and keep track of important dates</li><li>Update and maintain seasonal product information &nbsp;</li><li>Be proactive; have the ability to see what needs to be done and pitch in to help</li><li>Keep sample room,&nbsp;textile library, color library, and studio&nbsp;organized&nbsp;</li><li>Operate a computer and communicate via telephone</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office &amp; good communication skills.
