          "text": "<p><strong>General Summary Of Duties:</strong></p><p>Safely assist the bartender/cocktail server in providing beverage service by maintaining adequate supply of garnish, glass, ice, liquor, etc. at assigned work station.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)</strong></p><ul><li>Retrieve orders from storeroom.&#xa0;</li><li>Visually check beverage stock received against written requisition with storeroom personnel, to ensure order is accurate.&#xa0;</li><li>Upon delivery to the bar, recheck items with bartender for completeness.</li><li>Cut, slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits, mixes and pours juices in sufficient amounts according to projected business. Store back-up supplies needing refrigeration in prescribed containers for later use.</li><li>Check and assist bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, i.e., stir sticks, napkins, matches, etc., for work station.</li><li>Scoop ice from ice bins, transport to service areas and replenish ice containers for usage.&#xa0;</li><li>Wash/stock glasses.</li><li>Box and save empty liquor bottles as they accumulate for later returns and requisitions.&#xa0;</li><li>Transport, tap, replace and perform routine maintenance requirements on heavy beer kegs.&#xa0;</li><li>Obtain change for bartenders from dispatch cage on request.</li></ul>",
