Sparkly clean restrooms are extremely important to our business.&nbsp;</p><p>· Understand your role, first and foremost, is to provide World Class Service to our customers.&nbsp;</p><p>Foodservice Team Member Specific Responsibility</p><p>· Production of fresh daily food items.</p><p>· Keep kitchen and prep areas clean and sanitized</p><p>· Proper rotation and maintenance of all hot and cold food items.</p><p>· Consistent food production and a commitment to quality operations.</p><p>Car Wash Team Member Specific Responsibility</p><p>· Adequately prepare each vehicle to go through the car wash by utilizing the pressure sprayer and other tools.</p><p>· Provide outstanding service.</p><p>· Keep the car wash and surrounding area clean and maintained.</p><p><strong>Business Development</strong></p><p><em>The Hub Team Common Core Responsibility&nbsp;</em></p><p>· Understand that you are an important driver of business in your department and that you have the power and ability to make a positive difference in sales and profitability of your department</p><p>· Provide a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by greeting everyone as they walk in the door.</p><p>· Build relationships with our regular customers</p><p>o Learn names</p><p>o Ask questions about them so as to show we care and to get to know them</p><p>· When not working, be a positive ambassador of The Hub Convenience Stores to our friends, the public, and to those who need our products and services</p><p><em>Team Member Position Specific Responsibility</em></p><p>· Show keen awareness of advocates body language so that we can better serve their needs (e.g., looking at the menu not sure of what they want)</p><p>· Actively promote our products and services.
