We live for food, and we &ldquo;wow&rdquo; consumers and customers through collaboration and innovation.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse and production operations, and driving accountability through data analysis and process improvement. This role plays a critical part in monitoring material usage, investigating variances, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Serve as subject matter expert for inventory processes and accuracy.</li><li>Review work order completions, material usage, and scrap; identify and investigate variances.</li><li>Monitor inventory for expired, slow-moving, or high-variance materials and drive corrective actions.</li><li>Own and coordinate cycle count processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.</li><li>Support year-end inventory activities.</li><li>Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Assist Finance with material variance reporting and analysis.</li><li>Support rework processes and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Participate in shift hand-offs and communicate key updates for operational continuity.</li><li>Provide guidance and accountability for proper material handling and process adherence.</li><li>Act as backup support for off-shift operations and escalate issues as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong> All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
