A degree of creativity and latitude is required to effectively perform the job.</p><p><br><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Utilize ABC analysis to determine cycle count schedule.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work on Oracle to analyze data and adjust discrepancies<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage cycle function<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze cycle count adjustments to develop root cause and countermeasures<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform some cycle counting<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with warehouse team to implement countermeasures<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate inventory management process with accounting<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate the cycle count and always execute inventory accuracy.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tracking/auditing cycle counts to ensure performed correctly and in a timely manner<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Execution of countermeasures to eliminate inventory errors<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sets and maintains replenishment for parts<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Audits stock locations daily to ensure orders will arrive on time to meet production requirements<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum education level of a High School Diploma is required.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous experience in Switchgear units is considered an asset.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to read a tape measure (including conversions from fraction to decimal and conversely from decimal to fraction and metric to imperial).<br><br><strong>Skills, Abilities &amp; Other Requirements</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of machines and tools including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic computer knowledge considered and asset.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prior ability or interest in building or repairing mechanical components considered an asset.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Safety training certificates are an asset for the position.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Forklift experience preferred<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic mechanical knowledge<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of air tools<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous experience in an industrial or warehouse setting<br><br><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Safety sensitive position in a temperature-controlled manufacturing or industrial environment with occasional outside activities.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Required to always wear personnel protective equipment (i.e., hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as required) and respirators when required.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be able to work from all type of ladders (step ladders, \"A\" frame ladders and all size extension ladders) and scaffolding.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working at heights usually no higher than 30 feet in the air or using proper lift equipment.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Able to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bending the body at the waist, the legs at the knees, and extending arms and hands in any direction in a repetitive manner continuously.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Continuous standing, walking 50–300-foot distances for long periods of time with only occasional sitting.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be able to climb stairs frequently throughout the shift.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Able to frequently look over shoulders, work with both arms above shoulders and use both arms at full length frequently.<br>Using upper extremities to apply or exert a force continuously up to 50lbs.<br>Ability to use hand tools such as tin snips, hammer, and power tools (some vibrating), for long periods of time with frequent repetition.<br>More Information<br>This job description outlines the essential functions of the job and does not contain a comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.</p>",
