As an EEO employer, we provide opportunities for all qualified candidates without regards to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran, or disabled status.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Aircraft Parts Clerk is responsible for the receiving, shipping, storage and distribution of aircraft parts and tooling in support of daily and overnight aircraft maintenance. Maintains accurate inventory levels, counts and records to ensure a safe and compliant operation. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the efficient and safe performance of warehousing operations including storage, security and accountability of aircraft parts and materials.</li>\n <li>Responsible for following all Company policies and procedures and applicable DOT, IATA, FAA and OSHA regulations. </li>\n <li>Responsible for the shipping and receiving of serviceable and unserviceable aircraft parts and tooling.</li>\n <li>Ensures timely and accurate receipt of inbound purchases and repairs.</li>\n <li>Responsible for resolution and reporting of any shipping or receiving problems to supervision.</li>\n <li>Comply with policies and procedures related to safety, compliance and departmental Standards.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the shipping, receiving and movement of aircraft on ground (AOG) parts.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining accurate computerized inventory and handling vendor discrepancy resolutions.</li>\n <li>Ensures that Company inventory and materials are properly accounted for and binned per Company standards.</li>\n <li>Ensures inventory accuracy by using basic math skills, cycle counting and bin reconciliation. </li>\n <li>Conduct manual or electronic inventory audits, reports and verifications as directed.</li>\n <li>Prepares materials needed for daily maintenance readiness and redistribution.</li>\n <li>Ensure regulatory compliance with shipping, receiving, storing of hazardous materials, including employee awareness and training requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Other Duties</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned from time to time.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Competencies Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Communication: Effectively and respectfully communicates with employees and peers.</li>\n <li>Decision Making: Makes clear and concise decisions in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Dependability: Reliable in completing assignments and meeting deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ethics and Values – Foundation of Flight: Acts in an ethical manner in all work activities, adheres to the core values of Endeavor and acts in line with those values.</li>\n <li>Interpersonal Skills - Works harmoniously and effectively with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and the public.</li>\n <li>Job Knowledge: Technically and professionally skilled in all position responsibilities and duties.</li>\n <li>Quality of Work: Effectively and safely completes tasks in a timely manner and ensured high quality output.</li>\n <li>Safety Awareness: Always puts safety first and leads by example.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent</li>\n <li>1 year previous experience in inventory control, purchasing or warehouse logistics preferred</li>\n <li>Computer proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and general internet applications.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well without supervision</li>\n <li>Ability to be certified in the handling of hazardous materials</li>\n <li>Ability to qualify for Airport Operating Area (AOA) badge</li>\n <li>Must possess good oral and written communications skills and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Possess a valid driver’s license and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company insurance coverage.</li>\n <li>Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally with assistance (lift gate, manual pallet jack) lift and/or move objects weighing more than 100 pounds.</li>\n <li>Occasionally required to sit, climb ladders and stairs or balance</li>\n <li>Frequently required to stand;
