Description

Overview The Container Store is seeking a skilled Manhattan WMS Logistics Systems Analyst to join our Logistics Systems team supporting enterprise-scale fulfillment operations across our distribution centers. This role is at the heart of our warehouse technology ecosystem, providing hands-on production support, continuous improvement delivery, and cross-functional partnership across Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, and integrated parcel carrier systems. About the Role You'll be a key member of our Logistics Systems team, serving as a technical expert across our WMS environment — diagnosing and resolving production issues, writing SQL to investigate system behavior, configuring and testing new capabilities, and partnering with software vendors to deliver solutions. You'll work closely with operations, technology, and leadership teams to communicate issue status and drive resolution, while also supporting project work ranging from carrier integrations to layout changes to process improvements. This is a hands-on role that blends deep technical skill with strong communication and business partnership. You'll support a two-shift, seven-day-a-week distribution operation and participate in an on-call rotation, so a bias toward urgency and clear, timely communication is essential.
