This role is at the heart of our warehouse technology ecosystem, providing hands-on production support, continuous improvement delivery, and cross-functional partnership across Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, and integrated parcel carrier systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>You'll be a key member of our Logistics Systems team, serving as a technical expert across our WMS environment — diagnosing and resolving production issues, writing SQL to investigate system behavior, configuring and testing new capabilities, and partnering with software vendors to deliver solutions. You'll work closely with operations, technology, and leadership teams to communicate issue status and drive resolution, while also supporting project work ranging from carrier integrations to layout changes to process improvements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role that blends deep technical skill with strong communication and business partnership. We foster a culture built around our Foundation Principles, which define how we approach our relationships with our employees, vendors, customers and communities and influence every aspect of our business. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide production support for Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, and integration with other logistics systems </li>\n <li>On-call support for a two shift / seven day per week Distribution Center Operations as needed and/or on-call rotation </li>\n <li>Write SQL queries to research WMS, voice picking and WCS production issues</li>\n <li>Partner with other logistics systems teams to resolve production issues and enable new capabilities in OMS, Manhattan Associates SCI, LM, SOFM</li>\n <li>Identify when software vendors are needed to address production issues and enable new capabilities; partner with them to successfully deliver solutions</li>\n <li>Manage and test integration with parcel carriers</li>\n <li>Timely and effective communication to operations team, technology team, and leadership team of production issue severity, resolution and root cause</li>\n <li>Elicit requirements, analyze, design, write requirements, define test cases, configure, and test capabilities in Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, and other logistics systems to support continuous improvement initiatives, process/layout changes, and business requirements within the Distribution Center</li>\n <li>Partner with operations and technology teams to ensure effective change management </li>\n <li>Management, application installation, and troubleshooting of voice pick mobile devices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We believe in taking care of our team. </strong>That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond just health insurance (though we've got that covered too!).
