Responsibilities Solution Design Design Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements Project design and implementation experience in at least 3 Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud Service Cloud Data Cloud Revenue Cloud Financial Services Cloud Field Service Management Commerce Cloud Define integration architecture across Salesforce and external systems Recommend OOTB vs customized solutions based on best practices Presales & Proposal Development Support presales engagements, including discovery workshops and solution presentations Develop solution proposals, implementation approaches, and effort estimates Work with sales teams to shape opportunities and articulate value propositions Project Delivery & Management Lead project delivery and execution as Team Lead or Project Manager, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality are met Manage stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors Oversee project risks, issues, and delivery governance Technical Familiarity Good understanding from a development and technical architecture perspective, including: Apex OmniStudio Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, data architecture) Platform customization and extension approaches   Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce solutions, presales, or consulting roles Proven experience in solution design, project delivery, and proposal development Experience leading client engagements and delivery projects Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Experience delivering complex Salesforce transformation programs is a plus Background in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus Why Join Us At ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
