    "description_html": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>As a Warehouse Associate at L&amp;S, you will be responsible with general warehouse duties. Such duties, but not limited to, will require the loading and unloading, pulling stock, and participating in the inventory process. A successful candidate should be dependable, prompt, reliable and engaged. Key relationships in this role will be with your team, subcontractors, and production staff.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Receive, verify, stock Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Inventory</li><li>Order picking.</li><li>Provide accurate inventory counts as requested by way of cycle count or full inventory.</li><li>Follow established processes and procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard.</li><li>Follow established safety guidelines.</li><li>Work alongside industry experts to expand tri-trade knowledge and experience.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers, Production, Subcontractors, Vendors, Purchasing, etc.</li><li>Enter project data into multiple corporate databases.</li><li>Proactive communication with management regarding issues and concerns.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in the plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC construction industry.</li><li>Forklift certification is preferred.</li><li>Ability to perform the physical demands of the position - working in indoor and outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow); climbing ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects.</li><li>Competent to take direction with a positive attitude and completing quality of work on schedule.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.</li><li>Must have a TEAMWORK mentality.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, dental and vision insurance</li><li>FSA with debit card</li><li>Employer-paid Short-Term Disability (STD)</li><li>$20K in life insurance and $20K AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>401(k) employer match</li><li>Paid Vacation</li><li>PTO</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Annualized reviews for merit increases</li><li>Potential for advancement</li></ul><p><strong>About L&amp;S Mechanical</strong></p><p>Headquartered in Richardson, Texas, L&amp;S Mechanical (“L&amp;S”) is a leading tri-trade provider of turnkey plumbing, HVAC, and electrical installation services in the Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia residential housing markets.
