Who We're Seeking: We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of building trusted relationships, paired with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. In this role, you’ll lead the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, partner closely with hiring managers to attract talent, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll: Lead the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for our candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and effective hiring strategies. Coordinate and schedule interviews; develop interview guides and selection tools to support a consistent hiring process. Utilize online recruitment platforms, social media, and networking to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool. Source and engage qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community partnerships. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and the HRIS system. Oversee the offer process, including compensation recommendations and start date coordination; prepare and extend formal offers. Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and outreach initiatives to support talent pipeline development. Research and implement talent acquisition trends and best practices to enhance recruitment and retention strategies. Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement and retention initiatives, including recognition and appreciation programs.
