    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Purpose</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The incumbent is responsible for the design and creation of graphics to meet the Department’s marketing goals and promotional needs of the Company.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Duties and Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Concept development and design of graphics in support of marketing and promotional efforts including publications, promotional materials, signage, and other materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Design of good visual concepts designed to stimulate customer interest and sales of Company products/services and present desired Company image.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborative design development for new project innovation, client specific projects and concepts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure attractive and consistent graphical identity that presents the organizations brands effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communicate and coordinate with marketing and other stakeholders of the Department.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Promote productive relations with vendors, including printers, photo labs, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Review printed material for design continuity and artistic quality as well as ensure the proper use of corporate logos and trademarks in assigned projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Evaluates effectiveness of Company presentations for continuous improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Performs other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrates active adherence to all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, while also promoting HSE awareness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Any other related responsibilities that may be assigned by Management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Academic Qualifications and Experience </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A Diploma in Graphic Design; or formal training in graphic design.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in advertising, printing or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Expert knowledge of graphic design software i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Photography experience will be considered an asset.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Competencies </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Imaginative and creative.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Good organizational and time management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication and presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A Self-starter with high level of initiative.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">An active listener.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Good analytical skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">All applications are to be submitted no later than May 21st, 2026</span></p>",
