    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Quality Inspector I role is responsible for aiding the quality engineers and quality department. Inspector I is responsible for the day-to-day recording and validation of material between customers, vendors and operations.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Inspects materials and products, for conformance to specifications.</li><li>Inspects finished product for quality and customer requirements.</li><li>Carry out policies and procedures for testing and evaluating product.</li><li>Responsible for operating mechanical and electrical test equipment.</li><li>Working to Standard Operating Procedures (work instructions)</li><li>Assist in recording of non-conformities of parts/product.</li><li>Assist in the controlling/segregating of conforming vs. non-conforming parts /product.</li><li>Ability to meet key performance metrics in a timely matter.</li><li>Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions or injuries to your supervisor or manager immediately.</li><li>Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.</li><li>Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions.</li><li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.</li><li>Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.</li><li>Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties, as assigned by supervision or management.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p>Education and Experience:</p><ul><li>1-3 years of relevant experience.</li><li>High school diploma or GED, and up to one year work experience preferred.</li></ul><p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p><p>Knowledge</p><ul><li>Ability to perform calculations utilizing arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division normally attained through elementary school education.</li><li>Ability to perform calculations utilizing algebra and fractions.</li><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.</li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li></ul><p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li>Knowledge of Catia and/or Verisurf is a plus.</li></ul><p>Communication Skills:</p><ul><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li></ul><p>Physical Requirements:</p><ul><li>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.</li><li>While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.</li><li>The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.</li><li>The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Work near moving mechanical part</li></ul></div>\n<br/>2ND SHIFT M-F",
