This is a <strong>Monday–Friday position</strong>, and we offer <strong>flexible scheduling</strong>—part-time or full-time—depending on what works best for you. We are also open to accommodating <strong>college or class schedules</strong> for the right candidate. If you’re passionate about providing compassionate end-of-life care and want a role that fits your life, we encourage you to apply! </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with our community organizations in patient care</li>\n <li>Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership</li>\n <li>Eager to gain higher level of opportunities such as certifications and further education</li>\n <li>Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team</li>\n <li>Able to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis</li>\n <li>Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance</li>\n <li>Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
