    "description": "<h2>Our Company</h2>\n<p>Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Occupational Therapist (OT) – Neuro Home & Community</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are building a neuro rehab model focused on real-life function—not clinic-based limitations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an Occupational Therapist in our home and community neuro program, you will help patients rebuild independence in the activities that matter most: daily routines, cognition, safety, and participation in life.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll work directly in the patient’s home and community, where recovery actually happens—not in artificial clinic environments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is built for OTs who want <strong>autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful outcomes without productivity pressure.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>You will focus on:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Activities of daily living (ADLs/IADLs)</li>\n <li>Cognitive rehabilitation in real environments</li>\n <li>Home safety and functional independence</li>\n <li>Neuro recovery following stroke, TBI, and other conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What makes this different:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible scheduling built around your life</li>\n <li>High clinical autonomy in treatment approach</li>\n <li>Dedicated 1:1 patient care</li>\n <li>Paid hourly + paid documentation time</li>\n <li>Mileage reimbursement + drive time pay</li>\n <li>Consistent clinician-patient relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you want to help people regain real independence—not just complete exercises—this role will feel different immediately.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>-----------------------------------</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who we are looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An experienced OT, enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home, school, work, or in the community </li>\n <li>You are ready to treat your client beyond a staged environment into real life experiences like cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the workplace</li>\n <li>You thrive in an autonomous setting, and value being a part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapists</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>What you will receive:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible Schedule Created by You</li>\n <li>Paid per hour (not just per visit)</li>\n <li>Driving, Travel, Mileage Reimbursement </li>\n <li>Educational Programs</li>\n <li>Growth/Advancement Opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What you will do: </u></strong>Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans</li>\n <li>Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences</li>\n <li>Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources </li>\n <li>Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members</li>\n <li>Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What you will need:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program  </li>\n <li>Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing  </li>\n <li>Current CPR Certification</li>\n <li>A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist</li>\n <li>Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred</li>\n <li>Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures</li>\n <li>Duties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods</li>\n <li>Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times</li>\n <li>A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
