We work in a hybrid way, with a minimum of three days a week in the office to keep collaboration and creativity at the core of what we do.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We're looking for an Account Executive to join our growing New York team and support the delivery of social-first campaigns across some of our most exciting client accounts. This is an entry-level role built for someone who's passionate about social, eager to learn the ropes of agency account management, and ready to get stuck in from day one.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, supporting day-to-day account operations, building foundational client relationships, and developing the skills that will set you up for a long career in social. You'll be organised, curious, and proactive — someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support day-to-day account operations across multiple client accounts, keeping projects on track and well-organised</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Act as a reliable point of contact for clients on routine queries, with oversight from senior team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in the coordination of social campaigns from briefing through to delivery, managing timelines, assets, and internal workflows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Draft client communications including status reports, meeting agendas, and contact reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help manage and maintain project trackers, budgets, and internal documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support briefing of creative, strategy, and production teams, and chase deliverables to keep work moving</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor social platforms, trends, and competitor activity to support client and strategic conversations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews, bringing fresh platform knowledge and cultural awareness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to internal process improvements and ways of working as the team continues to grow</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Social-First x Brand Impact</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Being socially native is at the heart of everything we do.
