This program is a systematic, on-going maintenance program with the goal of sustaining a first-class physical facility for conventions, conferences and private events.\n\nHe/she must work closely with the Building and Grounds Superintendent to identify and achieve a superior level of building and grounds repairs.\n\nHe/she must possess the skill and dexterity to safely operate, repair equipment to include manual tools, power tools, etc. \n\nHe/she is expected to perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.",
