Sunday shifts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Cook Role</span></p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing simple, nutritious, home-style meals in a calm and supportive environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will prepare freshly cooked meals that support residents’ wellbeing while helping create enjoyable mealtimes throughout the home.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cook Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and cook breakfasts, lunches, and light evening meals</li>\n<li>Provide two lunch options plus desserts</li>\n<li>Bake cakes for birthdays and special occasions</li>\n<li>Cater for both residents and staff</li>\n<li>Support residents’ dietary and nutritional needs</li>\n<li>Maintain high food hygiene and kitchen standards</li>\n<li>Help create a warm and positive dining experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kitchen Assistant</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>£13.45 per hour</li>\n<li>Weekend enhancements paid</li>\n<li>Permanent contract</li>\n<li>31.5 hours per week</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Kitchen Assistant Role</span></p>\n<p>As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the smooth running of the kitchen while helping prepare nutritious meals for residents and staff.</p>\n<p>Previous experience is helpful but not essential - what matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting older people.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with basic food preparation and meal service</li>\n<li>Support residents’ dietary requirements, including modified diets</li>\n<li>Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment</li>\n<li>Maintain excellent kitchen cleanliness and hygiene</li>\n<li>Assist with deliveries and stock storage</li>\n<li>Follow food safety, health &amp;
