    "description": "<h2><p><em>What Your Day Will Look Like:</em></p></h2>\n<p>The Transportation Project Manager will lead the delivery of roadway projects from conceptual design through preliminary, intermediate, and final design phases to construction. You`ll manage a team of engineers and designers in all aspects of design and plan preparation for roadway, highway, and civil improvement projects for State, City, and County agencies.</p>\n<h2><p><em>What You'll Do:</em></p></h2>\n<p>• Plan, direct and manage transportation projects, overseeing all aspects of multi-disciplinary transportation planning projects across the region.•  Provide superior client service through quality management, technical excellence, responsiveness, and production management of design plans and specifications, reports and analyses • Prepare scope, schedule, and budgets for projects and task orders• Develop and present complex technical solutions to clients, demonstrating innovative problem-solving abilities• Oversee the planning and design for roadway, Bridge and traffic engineering projects• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes• Assist in business development and proposal efforts with local municipal, state, and private clients </p>\n<h2><p><em>What You'll Need:</em></p></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences or a closely related field</li>\n <li>8 years of experience in transportation project management</li>\n <li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex roadway/highway projects</li>\n <li>Understands transportation design software, including OpenRoads and MicroStation</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of transportation industry standards, regulations, and best practices</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills</li>\n <li>Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with experience in client-facing roles</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong><em>What Benefits You’ll Enjoy:</em></strong>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We invest in us.
