    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of customer’s purchases, while ensuring total customer satisfaction. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle</li>\n <li>Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent</li>\n <li>Accurately package and prepare items for home/business delivery </li>\n <li>Schedule delivery route in most efficient manner to insure timely delivery with least travel required</li>\n <li>Collect payments from customers including cash, check and charge transactions</li>\n <li>Accurately make change</li>\n <li>Inform patients of prescription counseling services when delivering prescriptions </li>\n <li>Proper processing of receipts upon completion of delivery </li>\n <li>Insure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior</li>\n <li>Replenish delivery supplies as needed </li>\n <li>Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed</li>\n <li>React to potential shoplifters following company policy</li>\n <li>Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Required to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job requirements</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid Drivers License in good standing</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required for Vermont Employees only</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered  with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:                                                             </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Special Conditions of Employment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$16.00 - 18.00 an hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
