Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Value Addition & Cost Reduction:</strong> Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction ideas, ensuring they deliver measurable benefits to the organization.</li>\n <li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring seamless coordination of multiple projects simultaneously. Proactively identify ways to advance project activities.</li>\n <li><strong>Business Case Development:</strong> Analyze and evaluate ideas, preparing and presenting compelling business cases to Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li><strong>Design Development:</strong> Develop concept designs related to sheet metal and plastics using advanced design methodologies and techniques.</li>\n <li><strong>Design & Idea Analysis:</strong> Perform comprehensive analysis using NUDs, DFMEA, Risk Analysis, and RCA.
