Oversees all operations regarding Slot Ambassadors, Slot Technicians, jackpot verifications, payoffs,&nbsp;etc.&nbsp;Assures&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;Slot&nbsp;department&nbsp;follows&nbsp;all&nbsp;company&nbsp;policies&nbsp;and&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;and complies with state and federal gaming regulations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>RESPONSIBILITIES:</h1><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ol><li>Oversee the department operations during the assigned shift to insure exceptional guest service.</li><li>Assist&nbsp;Slot&nbsp;Ambassador&rsquo;s&nbsp;with&nbsp;jackpots,&nbsp;replenish&nbsp;TITO&nbsp;in&nbsp;slot&nbsp;machines,&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with machine and assist with machine malfunctions.</li><li>Greet&nbsp;and&nbsp;track&nbsp;both&nbsp;new&nbsp;and&nbsp;established&nbsp;Slot&nbsp;players.&nbsp;Enlist&nbsp;new&nbsp;players&nbsp;to&nbsp;the Nugget&rsquo;s players club.</li><li>Assist&nbsp;the&nbsp;beverage&nbsp;department&nbsp;in&nbsp;providing&nbsp;complimentary&nbsp;drinks&nbsp;to&nbsp;all players,&nbsp;alerting the server to VIP players in the slot area.</li><li>Witness&nbsp;all&nbsp;major&nbsp;jackpot&nbsp;wins,&nbsp;sign&nbsp;jackpot&nbsp;slips,&nbsp;and&nbsp;complete&nbsp;hand&nbsp;pays.</li><li>Comminate&nbsp;with&nbsp;guests&nbsp;answering&nbsp;question&nbsp;and&nbsp;resolving&nbsp;disputes.</li><li>Implement&nbsp;all&nbsp;casino&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;relating&nbsp;to&nbsp;slot&nbsp;operations&nbsp;and&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;areas&nbsp;for cleanliness.</li><li>Perform&nbsp;special&nbsp;assignments&nbsp;as&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;Gaming&nbsp;Operations and&nbsp;VP of Gaming Operations.</li><li>Develop&nbsp;shift&nbsp;schedules&nbsp;and&nbsp;schedule&nbsp;employees&nbsp;according&nbsp;to&nbsp;business&nbsp;needs,&nbsp;ensuring that the shift is properly staffed at all times.</li><li>Recommend&nbsp;wage&nbsp;and&nbsp;salary&nbsp;adjustments&nbsp;for&nbsp;personnel&nbsp;within&nbsp;established&nbsp;limits.</li><li>Approve&nbsp;regular&nbsp;vacations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;leaves&nbsp;of&nbsp;absence.</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;the&nbsp;department&nbsp;complies&nbsp;with&nbsp;all&nbsp;company&nbsp;policies,&nbsp;state&nbsp;and&nbsp;federal&nbsp;laws.</li><li>Knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;Title&nbsp;31,&nbsp;completes&nbsp;Title&nbsp;31&nbsp;tracking&nbsp;and&nbsp;logging.</li><li>Using&nbsp;the&nbsp;Nugget&rsquo;s&nbsp;system&nbsp;of&nbsp;recognition,&nbsp;recognize&nbsp;team&nbsp;members&nbsp;who&nbsp;are&nbsp;going &ldquo;above and beyond&rdquo; as appropriate.</li><li>Knowledgeable&nbsp;of&nbsp;and&nbsp;consistently&nbsp;follow&nbsp;Nugget&nbsp;policies&nbsp;and&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;as&nbsp;well&nbsp;as appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Perform&nbsp;work&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;safe&nbsp;manner&nbsp;and&nbsp;always&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a&nbsp;safe&nbsp;environment&nbsp;for&nbsp;fellow&nbsp;team members and guests alike.</li><li>Immediately&nbsp;report&nbsp;unsafe&nbsp;conditions,&nbsp;team&nbsp;member&nbsp;or&nbsp;guest&nbsp;incidents&nbsp;to&nbsp;Security, Management, and the Safety Manager.</li><li>Maintain&nbsp;a&nbsp;positive&nbsp;and&nbsp;professional&nbsp;image&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;Nugget&nbsp;when&nbsp;performing&nbsp;duties&nbsp;or representing the Nugget and encourages others to do the same.</li><li>Regular predictable attendance is required.</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>REPORTING&nbsp;RELATIONSHIPS:</u>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;Gaming&nbsp;Operations</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>MINIMUM&nbsp;REQUIREMENTS:</h1><p>Minimum&nbsp;21&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;age.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>EDUCATION&nbsp;LEVEL:</h1><p>High&nbsp;School&nbsp;diploma&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent&nbsp;is&nbsp;required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>LANGUAGE:</h1><p>Effectively&nbsp;communicate&nbsp;with&nbsp;others&nbsp;both&nbsp;verbally&nbsp;and&nbsp;in&nbsp;written&nbsp;form&nbsp;using&nbsp;the&nbsp;English language.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>EXPERIENCE:</h1><p>Minimum&nbsp;of&nbsp;2&nbsp;years&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;Slot supervisory&nbsp;role&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp;Minimum&nbsp;of&nbsp;2&nbsp;years&rsquo;&nbsp;experience&nbsp;within a hotel/gaming property is preferred.</p><p>Knowledgeable&nbsp;of&nbsp;slot&nbsp;equipment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>SPECIAL&nbsp;SKILLS:</h1><p>Effective&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;must&nbsp;with&nbsp;guests&nbsp;and&nbsp;team&nbsp;members.
