    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Find your purpose as a Transfer Assistant in our Transfer Center!</p><p>Each year, more than 21,000 patients move into, out of, or within CentraCare facilities.&nbsp; Many of those patients are critically ill, with time sensitive diagnoses or complex needs.&nbsp;CentraCare's Transfer Center gives clinicians a comprehensive resource for managing their patient’s movement and ensure each patient receives the best possible care throughout the process. &nbsp;Working closely with providers and nursing staff, the Transfer Assistant facilitates outgoing transfers for all CentraCare sites, manages physician to physician consult requests, and assists with incoming transfers to all CentraCare hospitals using a PC based call handling system.&nbsp;</p><p>Schedule</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Full-time&nbsp;| 72 hours every two weeks | On-site, St. Cloud Hospital&nbsp;</li><li>Nights | 12-hr shifts | 7pm-7:30am | Every other weekend and holiday</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Pay and Benefits</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Starting pay begins at $21.96 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Pay range:&nbsp;$19.53-29.28 per hour</li></ul></li><li>Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts</li><li><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://jobs.centracare.com/us/en/benefits\">Benefits</a>: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more</li><li>Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Associate's degree in related field or equivalent work experience</li><li>1 year of healthcare or call center experience. &nbsp;</li><li>Previous healthcare experience required.</li><li>Previous experience using a PC based phone system preferred.</li><li>General computer knowledge preferred.</li></ul><p><br>CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
