You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitors multiple projects' compliance with contract specifications and Gilbane's Baseline Operations Playbook</li>\n <li>Assists project personnel with phasing / logistics plans</li>\n <li>Prepares Critical Path Method (CPM) scenarios for management consideration and incorporates final approach into a complete CPM schedule</li>\n <li>Evaluates schedules and updates prepared by others and makes recommendations as to their completeness, accuracy, and representation as to project status</li>\n <li>Communicates with Owner to assure customer satisfaction or implements corrective action when needed</li>\n <li>Performs schedule and delay analysis and presents recovery recommendations to management</li>\n <li>Ensures that project teams are aware of and properly responds to risks relative to schedule and delay</li>\n <li>Provides oversight and notifications to management of any concerns regarding contract notice, delay, and proper documentation of project schedules</li>\n <li>Participates in project pursuits and prepares fee proposals, RFP responses, presentation content, etc.</li>\n <li>Accurately documents schedule basis in narrative identifying critical assumptions for internal use, GMP’s and Owner documentation</li>\n <li>Coaches and mentors less experienced scheduling and project team employees in administrative tasks related to scheduling</li>\n <li>Trains others and makes presentations regarding CPM methods and concepts</li>\n <li>Conducts monthly schedule project audits</li>\n <li>Develops or assists in training Project Managers and Superintendents on how to schedule and use scheduling software to manage work in the field</li>\n <li>Produces project schedule narratives prior to submission to Owner on a monthly basis</li>\n <li>Leads regular jobsite walks with the project team</li>\n <li>Supports a positive and inclusive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field</li>\n <li>1-12 years relevant construction scheduling experience</li>\n <li>Or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Self Sufficient in Document Control and Office software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Self Sufficient in scheduling software's, including but not limited to Primavera, Microsoft Project, Touchplan, Hoylu, Netpoint etc.</li>\n <li>Complete understanding of scheduling principals and methodologies to include, Critical path Method, Last Planner, etc.</li>\n <li>Have a thorough understanding of Lean Construction Techniques</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.</p>\n<p>For Maryland this ranges from $90,000.00 - $175,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
