You'll drive the design, installation, and testing of innovative projects that improve mobility, sustainability, and quality of life for millions.</span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Manage all phases of complex, multimillion-dollar rail and transit projects—from early concept through design, installation, and commissioning.</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and fostering long-term partnerships.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop comprehensive work plans, resource forecasts, and detailed schedules to deliver projects on time and on budget.</span></li>\n <li><span>Guarantee all projects adhere to the highest standards, applicable codes, and best-in-class safety and engineering practices.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to define scopes, allocate resources, and ensure seamless project delivery.</span></li>\n <li><span>Guide, coach, and develop junior engineers and assistant project managers, building a culture of excellence and continuous learning.</span></li>\n <li><span>Shape solutions by working closely with local and regional authorities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in track construction, with a strong preference for street-running light rail projects. Proven track record leading transit projects valued at $300 million or more.</span></li>\n <li><span>Current California Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (Peng).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><strong>Key Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Proficiency in managing production and delivery within a matrix organization.</span></li>\n <li><span>Deep knowledge of rail systems engineering, design standards, and safety codes.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Exceptional ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, inspire collaboration, and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></li>\n <li><span>Advanced mathematical, analytical, and time management skills, with a keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
