You should possess great communication skills and ability to solve problems. Experience in project management will be very useful as knowledge of basic purchasing and technical principles. The goal is to support the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Determine supply needs through technical details and schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Manage the orders of material and equipment to meet project requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Coordinate the delivery of supplies according to priorities and specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Resolve problems to speed up delivery of orders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quality and quantity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Monitor inventory of supplies for different jobs or sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Place orders when needed aiming for timely delivery and competitive price</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Arrange the movement of material between locations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Keep accurate records</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Proven experience as construction expeditor or relevant position</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Experience in project management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Ability to understand technical specifications of material and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and filing systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Excellent communication and negotiation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Well-organized with multi-tasking abilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Apt in problem-solving</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">High school diploma is preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee, with or without reasonable accommodations, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
