This candidate will focus on Non-QM scenario desk efforts to engage with mortgage sellers on complex Non-QM questions, pre-flight exception reviews, guideline clarification as well as support underwriters with seller commutation. \n\nThe ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant credit experience in Non-QM underwriting and/or scenario desk experience.  In addition, they should have the ability to make credit decisions/help assist the Onslow Bay contract underwriters, closely interact with our correspondent partners and monitor market underwriting guidelines.",
