    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Summary:&nbsp;</strong>Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and support systems, networks, and software&nbsp;while performing the below duties.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following:</p><ul><li>Develop plans, schedules, and requirements for deploying systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to design and develop custom programs to aid in systems management.</li><li>Monitor, maintain, and execute automation processes and procedures.</li><li>Manage the equipment that handles switching, routing, and in some cases perimeter devices (firewalls).</li><li>Ensure all the IT systems that support the business function efficiently.</li><li>Support and develop specific platforms and concentrate on unifying communications, messaging, and identity toward a seamless user experience.</li><li>Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT incidents.</li><li>Improved system efficiency.</li><li>Support and maintenance of server infrastructure.</li><li>Technical de-bugging</li><li>Dealing with email security, archiving and cleansing services.</li><li>Maintaining knowledge of current and future information security threats and challenges.</li><li>Work closely with other Operations teams and vendors to ensure there is a coordinated approach to infrastructure support.</li><li>Testing, imaging and deployment of new mobile devices.</li><li>Provide expertise and support in security engineering, incident response and risk management.</li><li>Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on&ndash;site, ability to work overtime.</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
