Description As the President & Head of Growth, you will lead our next chapter of expansion, driving strategic growth across Beauty/Cosmetics, Consumer Electronics, and select CPG categories, with an emphasis on premium, brand forward, omnichannel businesses where service quality, speed, and value added capabilities are critical. You will be responsible for building momentum in new verticals, leveraging executive level relationships, and developing a scalable, repeatable go to market engine. You will work in close partnership with our COO led operations organization to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution. Responsibilities Own growth across new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and expansion revenue in Beauty/Cosmetics and Consumer Electronics. Build and execute vertical GTM playbooks: ICP, target accounts, partner strategy, messaging, and reference/customer proof points. Lead Sales and Marketing with measurable performance management (pipeline, win rate, CAC efficiency, conversion, retention). Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and renewals. Drive deal strategy and commercial governance in partnership with COO Sales Ops/Pricing to ensure strong contract quality (scope clarity, change control, SLAs, pass throughs where applicable). Build a high performing commercial team: hiring, coaching, enablement, operating cadence, and accountability. Operating Model (Scope Clarity) This role leads the following depts: Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, and Account Management. The COO organization runs operations, facilities, customer service, freight, and sales ops/pricing execution. Technology/product remains with the CEO/technology organization; the role must be systems and data fluent and translate capabilities into commercial advantage. Requirements Senior commercial leadership in 3PL/fulfillment/contract logistics with clear, measurable growth outcomes. Direct experience selling into Beauty/Cosmetics and/or Consumer Electronics (or closely adjacent categories) with relationships that have growth potential. Strong understanding of fulfillment economics: pricing structure, deal governance, and contract discipline. Executive presence and comfortable leading complex, multi stakeholder deals; hands on “player/coach” style. Aligned with Bergen’s How We Work Together Principles including: investing in People Development, creating a Safe Environment, treating others with Respect, being able to work as part of a Team, having Trust in others, having Passion for our work and clients, having good Communication skills and having high Accountability for oneself and others. Preferred Omni channel (DTC + retail/wholesale) experience, returns/recirculation programs, and value added services (kitting, personalization, compliance labeling). Ability to sell “operations + visibility” (WMS/data) as a combined value proposition. Experience in a multi site and/or matrix/global environment.
