The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized self-starter, willing to take ownership of all administrative functions related to sales support and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, be detail oriented, have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and have the ability to work independently without immediate supervision. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Receiving of cars from the rental branches</li>\n <li>Checking units for damages and posting pictures of car condition for sales team</li>\n <li>Organizing new car stock to be delivered to rental branches</li>\n <li>Controlling the parking of deletes</li>\n <li>Working with the driver teams for most efficient movement of cars both on and off site</li>\n <li>Some minor computer entry to tag vehicles as checked in</li>\n <li>Organization of the parking lot(s) and inventory</li>\n <li>Inventory tracking and reconciliation</li>\n <li>Interaction and coordination with both transport drivers and the driver employees</li>\n <li>Tracking of outgoing inventory</li>\n <li>May be asked to clean vehicles</li>\n <li>Assist with pulling wrappings off of new car stock</li>\n <li>Must have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>\n <li>Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.</li>\n <li>No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI). </li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n</ul>",
