With the training and support we provide, Shop Technicians play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for quality, reliability, and service excellence.</p>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble heavy equipment</li>\n\t<li>Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on construction equipment</li>\n\t<li>Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and verifying deliveries</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li>\n\t<li>Conduct routine equipment inspections and light maintenance tasks</li>\n\t<li>Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move parts and components safely</li>\n\t<li>Inspect components to determine reusability or replacement needs; order parts as required</li>\n\t<li>Utilize diagnostic and testing equipment to troubleshoot and adjust machinery</li>\n\t<li>Complete warranty reports and provide recommendations</li>\n\t<li>Perform minor welding, fabrication, and alignment work</li>\n\t<li>Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)</li>\n\t<li>Support other shop functions as needed based on workload</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n\t<li>1–2 years of related experience preferred</li>\n\t<li>Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills</li>\n\t<li>Basic math and computer/data entry skills</li>\n\t<li>General mechanical knowledge required</li>\n\t<li>Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes</li>\n\t<li>Dependable, reliable, and safety-focused</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Frequent walking, standing, and working on uneven terrain</li>\n\t<li>Regular lifting of 50+ pounds</li>\n\t<li>Use of hands and arms to operate tools and equipment</li>\n\t<li>Climbing in and out of heavy equipment</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work in various positions, including kneeling and lying under equipment</li>\n\t<li>Exposure to varying weather conditions</li>\n\t<li>Communication via radio, phone, and in-person</li>\n\t<li>Ability to hear and identify mechanical issues in a shop environment</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays</li>\n\t<li>100% employer-paid medical premiums for employees and families</li>\n\t<li>Dental and vision coverage</li>\n\t<li>401(k)/Roth with company match</li>\n\t<li>Quarterly and annual bonus programs</li>\n\t<li>Company stock program (after 5+ years of service)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Additional Information</strong></h3>\n\n<p><em>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
