This individual contributor role works closely with the <strong>Sr. Manager FP&amp;A</strong> and cross‑functional teams to provide accurate<strong> financial insights, monitor performance, and support strategic planning.</strong> The position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.</p><p><strong>What We Expect from You</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the annual <strong>budgeting process and develop periodic financial forecasts</strong> in partnership with finance and business department heads.</li><li>Prepare detailed financial analysis, including <strong>variance analysis, trend reporting, and scenario modelling.</strong></li><li>Support strategic planning through<strong> financial insights, ensuring assumptions align with business strategy.</strong></li><li>Monitor operational and <strong>financial performance, identify emerging trends, and highlight</strong> risks and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate across functions <strong>(Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) </strong>to align financial planning with business objectives, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Drive process improvements by enhancing <strong>financial planning, reporting methodologies, standardizing templates,</strong> and implementing best practices.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Should Bring</strong></p><ul><li><strong>CA, CPA, ACCA, or </strong>equivalent professional qualification (preferred).</li><li>Minimum <strong>8-15 years</strong> of relevant experience in <strong>FP&amp;A or financial reporting.</strong></li><li>Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.</li><li>Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with stakeholders across the business.</li></ul>",
