          "text": "<p>Logistics Support Specialist&#xa0;Summary&#xa0;</p><p>The Logistics Support Specialist&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;executing a wide range of&#xa0;logistics, warehousing, supply chain, and Foreign‑Trade Zone (FTZ) support activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and well‑coordinated operations. This role handles receiving and processing materials, managing inventory, preparing domestic and international shipments, and&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;an organized warehouse environment while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.&#xa0;</p><p>The specialist also supports import/export operations, trade compliance, and FTZ program requirements, including documentation preparation, regulatory adherence, coordination with carriers and customs brokers, and&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;records. The role&#xa0;utilizes&#xa0;SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office applications to track inventory, process transactions, generate reports, and communicate with suppliers and internal teams.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><p>Logistics&#xa0;&amp; Warehouse Operations&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming materials.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Retrieve materials, pick orders, and accurately pack items for domestic and international shipment.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare parcels, create shipping labels, and stage orders in designated delivery areas.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Organize materials by sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or bins.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies and report variances.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse and work environment.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate&#xa0;workflow&#xa0;and prioritize tasks.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Comply with&#xa0;all company safety policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Import/Export &amp; Trade Compliance&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Prepare, review, and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;import/export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of&#xa0;lading, and certificates of origin.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure&#xa0;timely&#xa0;and compliant shipments.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support adherence to trade compliance regulations, including U.S. Customs (CBP), EAR, ITAR, and international shipping requirements.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Track shipments and provide status updates to internal departments and external partners.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;records for audits and compliance reporting.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist&#xa0;in resolving customs delays, documentation discrepancies, or shipment issues.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Involvement in import/export operations, trade compliance, and Temporary Importation under Bond (TIB) activities.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Foreign‑Trade&#xa0;Zone (FTZ) Responsibilities&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Support the establishment, rollout, and long‑term sustainment of&#xa0;FTZ&#xa0;project.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain continuous compliance with FTZ guidelines, including reporting, recordkeeping, and audit readiness.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manage inventory systems and reconcile physical locations for FTZ‑controlled materials.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare and submit FTZ‑required reports accurately and on time.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Supply Chain &amp; Systems Management&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Perform inventory and supply chain transactions using SAP, ERP systems, and Oracle.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Process&#xa0;purchase&#xa0;requests, payment submissions, and materials transactions.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Utilize Microsoft Office products to generate reports, track data, and communicate operational updates.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Help&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;inventory levels by monitoring stock movements and reporting shortages, overages, and variances.&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
