    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>About The Role</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Assist in repairs and modifications to trucks and trailers.</span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin:12.0pt 0in 0in;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:square;padding-left:24px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span>Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span>Performs flat and vertical welds in a commendable manner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span>Performs horizontal and overhead welds in a satisfactory manner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span>Operates a torch, handheld plasma and air arc in a satisfactory manner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span>Reads and understands blueprints.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span>Assist Service Technicians II and III in repairing trailers.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span>Performs minimal assembly procedures successfully.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span>Performs other duties on the assigned trailer or truck with direction.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin:12.0pt 0in 0in;\"><span><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></span></p><p class=\"Default\" style=\"margin-bottom:1.15pt;\"><span style=\"color:windowtext;font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;\">Minimum one year weld certificate from post-secondary or technical institute or weld experience within a manufacturing environment.
