      "Value": "<strong>Packaging Technician- Colby, WI</strong><br><br><strong>General Requirements</strong><ul><li>Follow time and attendance guidelines in accordance with the employee handbook.</li><li>Work cooperatively in a team environment and accept and follow directions.</li><li>Able to stand for long periods while leaning forward.</li><li>Ability to regularly lift and / or carry up to 70 pounds individually or with assistance.</li><li>Continuously lift up to 35 pounds and moving or stacking on a pallet for at least two hours.</li><li>Ability to squat and bend frequently during shift.</li><li>Ability to grasp, reach, twist, push and / or pull using both hands and wrists continuously.</li><li>Capable of accurately operating and reading a scale.</li><li>Able to work around moving conveyors without motion sickness.</li><li>Tolerant of seasonally very warm temperatures.</li></ul><strong>Shift Hours:&nbsp;</strong>6am-2pm, with possible overtime on weekends and holidays. Must have schedule flexibility.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Quality Control Requirements</strong><ul><li>Appreciation for cleanliness and sanitation, keeping work area clean and organized.</li><li>Knowledge of and ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).</li><li>Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and its importance.</li><li>Follow all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines.</li><li>Maintain excellent personal hygiene and wear appropriate apparel for the job.</li></ul>Note: Required to report food safety problems or concerns immediately to a person with authority to initiate action as indicated on the organizational chart.<br><br><strong>Safety Requirements</strong><ul><li>Be aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.</li><li>Practice safe lifting techniques, bending and lifting with your legs not your back.</li><li>Pivot with your feet avoiding twisting at the waist.</li><li>Be aware of your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords.</li><li>Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job you are doing.</li><li>Never operate equipment for which you have not been properly trained or certified for.</li></ul>Education/Certifications<ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li></ul><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Pick up, move, manipulate and count pouches of product at a rapid pace.</li><li>Accurately and neatly arrange cases on to pallets in compliance with instructions.</li><li>Operate a scale to accurately monitor and add or subtract pouches to reach correct case weights.</li><li>Apply correct labels uniformly on cases and pallets.</li><li>Review and verify accuracy of containers, labels and ink jet messaging.</li><li>Properly fold, tape and/or insert liners into boxes.</li><li>Handle cheese products in order to cut into smaller pieces and repackage as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Team Leader, Supervisor or Management.</li><li>Report any suspicious activity related to food defense.&nbsp;</li></ul><div>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:110258BR</div>",
