    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p id=\"isPasted\">Title: Production Control Team Member</p><p>Reports to: Group Lead/Assistant Manager</p><p>Department: Production Control</p><p><u>Summary:&nbsp;</u></p><p>Overview The Logistics Team Member operates in a dynamic environment, engaging in repetitive bench or line assembly tasks to construct automotive seat units or sub-assemblies with intricate parts and specific tolerances controlled by jigs and fixtures.</p><p><u>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assisting in shipping and receiving functions.</li><li>Coordinating the flow of work and materials.</li><li>Supporting shipment schedules.</li><li>Collaborating with department supervisors to assess work progress and completion timelines.</li><li>Compiling reports on work progress and inventory levels.</li><li>Verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by examining contents and comparing them with records.</li><li>Generating documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders for material routing.</li><li>Monitoring production flow and handling materials as required.</li><li>Packaging finished products for shipment.</li><li>Rotating through various tasks in a specific production process.</li><li>Ensuring adherence to 5-S standards.</li><li>Tracking parts and scrap using electronic systems.</li><li>Following processes and procedures associated with Logistics/Shipping &amp; Receiving.</li><li>Writing production reports when necessary.</li><li>Performing various operations within the group to maintain workflow.</li><li>Conducting monthly inventory counts.</li><li>Assisting in managing the consumption/assessment of differences in actual stock quantities vs. inventory system.</li><li>Maintaining customer and internal packaging instructions.</li><li>Adhering to Quality policy, ISO/TS16949, EHS policy, and company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).</li><li>Adhering to the anti-mutilation policy.</li><li>Performing other assigned duties.</li></ul><p><u>Technical Skills and Work Experience:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in material/product movement of automotive components using various lifts and devices.</li><li>Preferably 1+ year of experience in material management/shipping &amp; receiving.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in math, reading, and writing.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Computer skills, including PDA and warehouse management systems.</li></ul><p><strong><br>&nbsp;</strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Heavy walking and standing throughout the shift.</li><li>Frequent bending at the knees and waist.</li><li>Regular lifting and pushing up to 80 pounds.</li><li>Use of hands for various tasks.</li><li>Raising arms overhead.</li><li>Utilization of close and peripheral vision.</li><li>Possible requirement to wear safety Personal Protective Equipment.</li></ul><p><u>Additional Requirements:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Willingness to travel for training.</li><li>Ability to work overtime and/or weekends.</li><li>Adaptability to a fixed or rotating schedule is essential.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
