font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our GTM Operations team and play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our revenue operations infrastructure.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reporting to the Head of Go-to-Market Operations, you will be the owner of CRM and sales operations data hygiene, ensuring HubSpot is accurate, reliable, and aligned with our sales processes. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Leadership to maintain workflows, improve reporting, and support efficient, data-driven revenue execution.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What will you be doing?</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">CRM & Data Management</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own HubSpot CRM data hygiene, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all objects (companies, contacts, deals, activities).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Define, document, and enforce CRM governance rules, including field usage, lifecycle stages, and deal pipeline standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and process gaps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Optimise CRM & GTM tech stack by ensuring workflows, automations, and integrations are up to date, well-documented, and scalable for a growing business.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reporting & Insights</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and sales performance fully utilising our GTM Tech Stack.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with GTM leadership to deliver reliable reporting for quarterly business reviews to support data driven decision making.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with Finance and Leadership and other functions to ensure data consistency between CRM and downstream systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Integrate CRM with other internal systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide training to cross functional teams on how to maximise our CRM & GTM tech stack.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(195, 0, 20); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What are we looking for?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM operational roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (configuration, workflows, reporting, data management).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, pipelines, forecasting, and GTM metrics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advanced proficiency in Reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with large, structured datasets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven, with a strong sense of data ownership.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(195, 0, 20);
