Our services and software solutions focus on delivering high-quality and accurate results for appraisers, lenders, and consumers. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ROLE DESCRIPTION</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Proficient at selecting comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market data, and valuing residential properties utilizing various valuation techniques and methodologies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Exhibit an ability to pay attention to detail in order to provide a higher-quality valuation product for the client</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Exercise the ability to effectively manage daily activities in order to efficiently establish a reasonable capacity for assignments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Ensure high levels of customer service when communicating with the operating team and points of contact when completing valuations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Be open to mentorship from Senior Appraisers to training in order to learn how to complete high-quality appraisals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">On occasion, work with Trainees</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Make recommendations regarding processes related to business operations and data collection methods </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">As needed, advise management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; The individual must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and reach, stand, and walk - sometimes long distances - over uneven or icy terrain.
