K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>The Staff Analytics Team Lead will lead and manage the team, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize staff performance and workforce planning and enhance organizational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Lead and manage the Staff Analytics team, providing direction, guidance, and support in data analysis and reporting.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify key metrics and data requirements for workforce planning and decision-making.</p></li>\n <li><p>Design and implement data collection processes and systems to ensure accurate and reliable data.</p></li>\n <li><p>Analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for improving staff performance and organizational efficiency.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.</p></li>\n <li><p>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and workforce management.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven experience in data analytics and reporting, preferably in a leadership role.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Leadership and team management abilities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</p></li>\n <li><p>Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
