Expect excellent pay and benefits.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">After initial training, you can expect to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work a Second Shift schedule.</li>\n<li>Proficiently follow work instructions for calibrating MWD tools and document the progress on digital work order travelers.</li>\n<li>Handle high-temperature equipment for calibrating MWD tools and thermal testing purposes.</li>\n<li>Perform full calibration process.</li>\n<li>Take initiative to meet daily and weekly commitments.</li>\n<li>Identify out-of-spec data when compared to internal standards.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation.</li>\n<li>Proficiently use all job-related software and computer programs such as MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Toolhub and Smartsheet.<br></li>\n<li>Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing, calibration, and testing areas of the company.</li>\n<li>Communicate with other team members when experiencing any work-related equipment, controls or system issues which disrupt the manufacturing calibration or testing processes.</li>\n<li>Ensure that work-in-progress work orders are staged and organized efficiently in the work area.</li>\n<li>Be cross trained in other manufacturing processes such as functional and ring out testing, thermal testing, and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) testing.</li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Travel requirements when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills or Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient knowledge and experience in handling mechanical and electrical assemblies.</li>\n<li>Experience with software/computer-based test equipment.</li>\n<li>Basic computer knowledge.</li>\n<li>Adaptability to multitasking.</li>\n<li>MUST be able to stand for up to 9 hours per day.</li>\n<li>Good manual dexterity.</li>\n<li>Ability to work weekends as needed.</li>\n<li>Willingness to work night shifts as needed.</li>\n<li>Effective communication.</li>\n</ul>",
