    "description": "<p><span>Heavy Duty Tire, LLC is a family owned and operated Commercial Tire Facility providing sales and service throughout the country with its headquarters located in West Palm Beach, Fl.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We are now accepting applications for a Full-Time Commercial Tire Service Technician for our Everett, PA location.  Our ideal candidate is a driven, problem solver with experience working as a technician in the commercial tire industry.  However, training is available and all candidates with relevant experience and a solid work history are encouraged to apply.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>At Heavy Duty Tire, we are committed to creating and maintaining an employee centric culture where team members are supported, and encouraged to grow.  In addition to a great work environment, this position offers excellent advancement opportunities for motivated individuals within our rapidly growing company as well as a competitive salary and benefits package. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Job Description</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>As an essential part of the team, the Tire Technician is responsible for ensuring the customer experience out in the field by providing a quality service that is fast, efficient and raises the bar for industry standards.   </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Operating and maintaining a service vehicle</span></li>\n<li><span>Changing and repairing commercial and industrial tires</span></li>\n<li><span>Replacing and repairing rubber tracks</span></li>\n<li><span>Providing prompt and courteous service to our customers</span></li>\n<li><span>Working with office staff to ensure job details are accurate and properly recorded for billing</span></li>\n<li><span>Follow all safety procedures</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications and Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid drivers license and clear driving record is mandatory for consideration</li>\n<li>Clean background check and drug screening</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and/or move tires weighing up to 200 pounds</li>\n<li>Ability to work in varying weather conditions</li>\n<li>Problem solving</li>\n<li>Mechanically inclined</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>*****Experience with OTR tires prefered but will train candidates that have previous tire experience*****</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Schedule:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Monday – Friday</span></li>\n<li><span>No Nights</span></li>\n<li><span>Limited weekends</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Benefits:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>401(k) (with 3% company contribution independent of employee elections)</span></li>\n<li><span>Health Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span>Paid Life Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span>Paid Vacation and Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span>Uniforms</span></li>\n<li><span>Professional training and certification</span></li>\n<li><span>Paid weekly</span></li>\n</ul>",
