This role operates a Deck Mate pump, leads the ground crew during pours, and plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality roof deck systems.  If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work outdoors, and want a company that promotes from within—this could be a great fit.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>SERD (Southeastern Roof Decks), located at 165 Walter Way Fayetteville, GA, provides commercial Roofing, Roof Decking Systems, Engineered Fills, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, and Acoustical Ceiling services.  SERD is a certified drug-free workplace. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate and monitor lightweight insulating concrete pumping equipment</li>\n<li>Mix and place lightweight roof deck systems</li>\n<li>Lead and communicate with ground and roof teams during pours</li>\n<li>Set up, tear down, clean, and maintain pumps, bulkers, and related equipment</li>\n<li>Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, safe job-site conditions</li>\n<li>Use two-way radios for daily coordination</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn equipment operation</li>\n<li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions</li>\n<li>Able to lift 75+ lbs and stand for extended periods</li>\n<li>Able to climb ladders and work at heights</li>\n<li>Clear communicator and team-oriented</li>\n<li>Willing to travel up to 75% overnight during the week</li>\n<li>Available for overtime and occasional weekends</li>\n<li>Clean driving record (no DUI or super speeder violations in last 5 years)</li>\n<li>Normal vision and hearing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$18–$23/hour starting pay (based on experience)</li>\n<li>Per diem for overnight out-of-town jobs</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days</li>\n<li>Paid leave—start earning immediately</li>\n<li>Annual production bonus (eligibility based on performance)</li>\n<li>401(k) eligibility after one year</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why SERD</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stable, growing company with a strong reputation</li>\n<li>Clear advancement opportunities—we promote from within</li>\n<li>Team-focused culture with long-term career potential</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>SERD is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>",
