    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nelson 32 Hours per week</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Are you a skilled Therapist, Counsellor or Social Worker with experience working with children(tamariki) and adolescents (rangatahi)?  This is your opportunity to join a values driven team making a real difference across Te Waipounamu.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans. </li>\n<li>Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with whānau, schools and other professionals to ensure a holistic and  coordinated approach</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate client records and participate in clinical review processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we're about </span><br>We're a leading provider of therapeutic services in Te Waipounamu, grounded in the Te Ao Māori values of manaakitanga, rangatiratanga, kotahitanga and whanaungatanga.
